Are you a caffeine addict? Hey, no worries if you are. I think this is a common addiction of most of us around the globe. We can't help it of course. Once we get that taste of the fresh java, we're virtually hooked for life. So now the only dilemma is finding the best coffee in town.

This is not the way it should be done. Any coffee nut can tell you that the life of the bean isn't long after it has been roasted to perfection. In fact, shelf life is generally one to two weeks. Did you know that? Once that time has passed, an acidic oil is secreted from the coffee beans, which alters the flavor. Who in the heck wants old coffee beans? Not me!

Maybe it's a fancy grocery store or a privately own coffee house. They will be able to hook you up with some fresh low acid coffee easily. If you are not in an area that carries quality low acid coffee, then it's always prudent to get online.
